E34 Tether method for rear facing child car seat

Hello,

It's time to upgrade the new little girl to a rear-facing car seat 
strapped into the back seat behind the driver.

Does anyone know the recommended tether points and method for 
securing the rear of the child seat on an E34?  Without doing so, the 
seat is rather free to swivel on the lap belt securing the seat now.
