Go to BMW Lifestyles catalog...it will cost you about $90!...yes, that's 
true...but it is printed up on nice parchment paper (or similar stock) 
complete with the manufacture date of your can, the VIN, list of options (if 
any), and port of entry.  Very nice looking wall material if you want that 
sort of thing (and want to spend $90)....it may be slightly less, but it's 
expensive!

MT will give you tthe manu date and port of entry if you give them the 
VIN....no charge.
