to cross drill? or not?



I have used cross-drilled rotors on my street/race MGB for the last 3 years.
They work well, but are noisy, causing the pads to wear more quickly than
normal.  Although that's no big deal as I change them often, seldom waiting
to replace beyond about 50% wear.

Having read more during these years about the pro's & con's of cross-drilled
vs. slotted, I would recommend (& will be changing over to) cryo-frozen
slotted rotors when I next change them.
