Check the air intake boot for cracks....
Vacumm leaks where-ever......
THEN replace the idle control motor......is it original? <it can not be
cleaned.>
Idle should be stable at 650 < .....where I like it>
The hesistation is a separate problem......
Replacing the original14 year old injectors and the O rings should fix
that...
Have a look at the timing belt too.....
