Re: <R compound tires>

One data point-

My experience includes the "old" R1s, the new g-Force R1s, and Kumhos. The
Kumhos seemed to get greasy pretty fast on a hot day, but came back well
after a 6/10ths lap or two. I really, really loved the old R1s, so much so
that I'm selling my g-Force R1s because I found a set of the old style.

So, for sale:

Four 245/45 17 BFG g-Force R1s, three open track events on them, good shape.
A little over a year and a half old, stored in warm garage. I would prefer
to sell them in the Seattle area, because I don't want to ship them. $250
obo.

Thanks and good luck,

Pat Newton
