E36 Track enhancements

I am considering installing a roll bar in my 96 328I (four door).  As the
backseat will also be occasionally occupied by other family members, does
anyone have any recommendations (or warnings) before I go forward with this
endeavour?  Can anyone share some pictures showing the finished product?

Also, how easy is it to install and subsequently access rear adjustable
shocks such as Koni in the four door E36?
