I'd wager that .4 different at 70 MPH is a lot more accurate than the car
was prior to changing the tires.

Most modern BMWs, at least all of the ones that I've owned, tend to have
a couple of mph difference (they indicate on the high side) up in the
70 MPH range.

Did you do this test before changing the tires??
