Alex is right that all E36 M3s came with LSD. However, LSD was never
included with the sport package on the E36 325 models. It was available as
an option on all 325's from introduction in the '92 model year and was even
available after Traction Control was offered but was not available _with_
traction control. By '95 it was no longer available on 325's. LSD was
included in the sport package for the 318i/is in 1995 only, and as an
available option on those cars in '96 until traction control became
available.
