The bug list gives me the impression that this car wasn't well-cared
for. While the price is attractive, the car is no bargain if the owner
skimped on oil changes, etc.  Have a dealer run the VIN through his
computer and see what it's maintenance history is. A pre-purchase
mechanical inspection is a must.
