<e28> Vibration at speed, rough idle

Hi again,
  On my '86 535i, I get a vibration through the
steering wheel above 75mph or so. It doesn't shake the
whole car, I just feel it through the wheel. I
occasionally feel a little vibration/play in the wheel
at low speeds, but mostly just at higher speed.

  Any thoughts?

  One more thing... My idle is a bit rough. It doesn't
vary between 500-1500 like I've heard some people
describe, it's just rough.  Is this normal? I just had
$2700 worth of engine work done (camshaft, rocker
arms, valve job, timing chain sprockets, cap&rotor,
etc..) and I was assuming(hoping) that it would be
smooooth.
