Clicking noises from Seat Belt

Hello,

I have a 99 BMW 528i Wagon. I have noticed a clicking noise from 
the passenger side Seat Belt mechanism (i.e. where the seat belt 
comes out near the door). If you are sitting in the driver seat right 
next to your left ear you see the seat belt mechanism. The noise is 
kinda bothersome because the mechanism is right next to your ear.

Has anybody noticed a similar problem. Should I take it to the 
dealer.
