Hi, Lorenzo-
The heater blower is completely separate from the Behr A/C blower you've
got installed. The blower is an integral part of the heater core...you'll
have to take the A/C and the whole heater core out of the car to get at it.
You can see it from the outside, though. It's located in the center of the
trough above the bulkhead between the engine compartment and the passenger
compartment. Just below the windshield wipers.
The fan is exposed to the elements, as you'll see, and has probabaly seized
up pretty well after 24 years. You might be lucky and just have a loose
wire, but I wouldn't get my hopes up.
If you're looking for a replacement, be sure to get the right motor for
your year...earlier blowers have 2 leads, later have 3. If you can select
several speeds for the fan, you're in the later group.
The other controls are probably working, but without the blower it can be
hard to tell. I actually get pretty good circulation if I'm cruising at
highway speeds...otherwise, not much heat gets out. I'm fixing my fan this
weekend...I'll let you know if I discover anything new.
