-E30- CARB-exempt turbo kit anyone?

I am trying to find a CARB legal turbo kit for a 1990 325iC. Neither Dinan 
nor Korman have one (49-state only). Does anybody knows of a CARB exmpt 
turbo kit for a E30? Or should I just become a Texas resident and keep 
living in California ?--)

If this subject has been answered many times before, my apologies. Feel free
