When I flash the headlights (by pulling back on the turn signal stalk) on
my 90 325iX, power is cut to the lighter socket. My radar detector, which
is plugged into the socket, goes through its power-on routine every time I
flash. Is this normal behavior, or a sign of a short somewhere?
