How to ship rear bumper???

I am selling my stock 328is rear bumper, I am using the box that came with
the M-tech. bumper I bought it before, and UPS couldn't take it because it
is too BIG.  The box size is 67" X 16" X 33".  I tried Federal Express,
and it cost almost $200 to ship the bumper.  Please suggest a best way to
ship the bumper out of state with cheap price....
