Hi Leo,

I don't know about a quick patch. Things get pretty hot in there and that
might make a patch difficult. What you really need is a new catalytic
converter. I think what you called muffler is actually the catalytic
converter. The cat is one of the three boxes in the exhaust system: the one
most in front. The pipe between the manifold and the catalytic converter is
AFAIK called header pipe, but it's one part with the catalytic converter
itself.
