I went and bought a '68 1600-02

I just picked it up yesterday. Now, after I fix the things I know need work,
I'm looking for upgrades/updates/modifications to do.  I would appreciate
any feedback.  I'll be using the car primarily as a weekend toy for the
street.  I'm looking at:

wheels/tires - 14" from E30? or period reproductions?
brake upgrades - what's feasible?
seats - got the Feb Roundel yesterday and read about 320is sport seats
shocks/springs - what's out there?
steering wheels
3-pt seat belts
carb upgrades
headlight upgrades
any other suggestions?
what order would you do the work?
Is there a shark chip ;-)
