how to get fog lights to say on with hi beams?

Hi all

I'd like to wire up the fog lights so they stay on
when I turn on the hi beams.  Can someone tell me
how to do this?  Can this be done without creating 
problems?

I've installed Hella H4's and H1's with standard bulbs,
low beams work well but the hi beams keep blowing fuses.
I'd be greatful for any suggestions, comments etc.
