Chester,

First, the sport ute oaf should be turned into fertilizer for his obvious
lack of consideration and respect for his fellow man (or woman).  We would
want to eliminated his influences from the gene pool.

But before he goes under, have him pay for a "new mirror" and spray job for
the door with the proper BMW paint (it may just require clear coat).  If
you can feel the scratches, don't use rubbing compound to take them out,
get a paint job.  Your car is very young and deserves to be restored to
flawless condition.

Don't sign anything until completely satisfied and don't let him off
without paying for a proper repair job "period".
