The age old problem of dribbling oil filters.  Everyone has a technique
but I learned an excellent one from are friend Ston Rygar.  Place a
plastic bag (like one from the grocery store veggie section) around the
filter.  Get it loose and spin it off at about 1000 rpm right into the
bag.  The spinning throws the oil inside the filter against the filter
wall and doesn't give it a chance to dribble out.  At that point it's in
the bag.  Done deal with minimum mess.
