DFW Professional Headlight Aiming

Can anyone recommend a shop in the N. Dallas area that has a professional
headlight aiming device?  A few years back I remember seeing them at
inspection stations but can't seem to locate any!  I was driving in the fog
a few nights ago and realized how outta-whack my dandy DIY job was.

Oh, and if I update the headlights to the flat Hella ones, can those be
aimed with said device?  And what are those damn bumps on the standard
sealed beams?
