Hi Mike
The Bilsteins are a good start........I've added Eibach springs as well as
Bilsteins to my '89 535i and the improvement is pretty dramatic. I'm planning a
strut brace (guys I kow who have one say its a noticeable improvement),
adjustable camber plates and I run 16" Racing Dynamics wheels with Falken
225/60 x 16 GRb's. I do a bit of track work with the BMW club here in Sydney
and the mods I've outline above (plus some brake stuff) are designed to
accomodate that while keeping some semblence of ride quality (its my daily
driver as well.......). Bottom line is that if you want any really noticeable
improvement you're going to have to let the moths out of your wallet.......
:-)
