First ticket in my Bimmer (long but worth reading)

Peter,

I got out of a speeding ticket like the one you speak of.  I used
pictures to illustrate the fact that there was no sign showing the
speed change to 25MPH.  It worked.  I also called the County Engineer
and asked if the speed change should be posted, and how often.  The
letter they sent back I used as evidence that the speed was not
correctly marked.
