First ticket in my Bimmer (long but worth reading)

"What?! I don't f$%^% believe that" That's exactly what comes
into my mind when I got pulled over for doing 41 in a 25mph area.
But I felt like I'm being picked off just because I'm driving a
nice car and from out of town. What a easy 100 bucks for the local
cops. First, there is no speed limit post anywhere in sight; and
second, even if there is any unwritten rule saying that the speed
limit in town is 25mph, there is no sign of saying "Welcome to xyz"
anywhere to tell you that you're in their turf. Later, I found out
the cop have set up their speed trap by blending in with the cars
that parked alongside the street (they're undercover).
The section of the road is a long and straight 4 lane street (2
up & 2 down) and almost nobody is ever doing 25mph. I just felt like
I'm the victim of a highway robbery. On top of that, I've a clean
record with 0 point for 7 years, I thought I may get some leniency,
but Oh-no, that a-hole won't even give me a break. As a matter of fact,
I think once he saw my BMW CCA decal on the side, he automatically
think I'm a speedster that deserve a ticket anyway! What a Xmas spirit
     he got!
So now with the court date set after Xmas, I'm planning to fight
for it. Is there any good advice or tactics that I could use in or
before court? Any suggests would be welcomed. And thanks for the
digest cyberspace that allows me to vent myself.
Well, I just got an even better idea. If any digesters out there
help me on this and I can get away with the ticket, I'm willing to
donate half of the would-be fine to the digest for good use, like the
printing of the new digest decal or funding for Pizzafest III. What
do you guys say? Fight the unjust system and benefit the digest at
     the same time.

     Regards,

p.s. At first I like the mouse logo, but after Duane's comment I think I
change my mind to the no.3 logo in //pages.prodigy.net/ bobnjoan/BMW.htm.

     So far, its the best.
