Red Line for Trans/differential <E30>

Folks,

A local oil change shop has me confused,  said I needed to check for a
color code on my 325i (manual trans) to know what fluid to put in the
trans.  I don't see any thing advertised but Red Line Trans fluid...am I
missing something here?  Also, does the Red Line differential fluid go in
either a normal or limited slip differential?

Anyone know the quantities and a good source (other than BavAuto)?
