Franklie,

NO!!  well.....straight pipe sometimes do make hp.  but at least it's not in
the E30 M3's case!!  keep in mind that, the factory's M exhaust system is
really good!!  there's really nothing much u can do on the E30 M3s, especially
on the stock displacement engine!!  the only thing it'll work is the euro-
center pipe, and that's it!!  i've tried Borla, Strumong (wrong spelling?!),
straight pipe w/ no muffler, none of them work, especially when it was w/out
the muffler, the engine just feels like don't wanna pull at all!!!  why?  no
back pressure!!  the E30 M3s r pretty sensitive 'bout back pressure and the M
department really did their homework in order to get the most out of it!!
