[E36] cleaning the hand brake drums

I seem to have misplaced the instructions for cleaning the drums for the
hand brake on the E36s.  I know there was something about driving with the
hand brake partially engaged for about 100 feet, but I don't remember the
specifics.

Could someone please send me the address of a FAQ, or perhaps even the
instructions themselves?
