Regarding the BlueVision bulbs created by Philips Lighting, they are the
same as the Narva XB3. Narva, according to Daniel, is Philips of Germany.
Daniel operates Stern Lighting, an automotive lighting business.

The Narva XB3, from what I remember reading, has more xenon gas compared to
a typical halogen bulb, hence the "bluer" light. Daniel's website has an
explanation of why xenon lamps appear to give off "blue light".
