Many of the cars people are talking about here are good cars, but what
about BMWs??????
2002s are a lot of fun and a nice one can be had for $3-4k
Early E30s can be had cheaply, a nice '84-'85 318i can be had for
$2800-$4000, and the 325/325e/325es can be had for a little more.
Heck, even '87 325i's & is's can be had for $5000 (some as low as $4000).
I've seen '87 325i four door typically selling for about the same a a 2
door 325e. Same car, just more doors. I bought a 4 door '89 325i for
about $2000 less than comparable 2 doors were selling for at the time.
