Desperately Seeking Warmth

Hi all I'm a newbie to this list, but have driven BMW's for a number of 
years.  Currently I'm driving/riding a '94 e36 325is that occassionally 
gets a dose of adrenaline, just prior to track days, and a BMW R60/5.  
Here's my problem, I just moved to Cambridge, MA and made the dumb 
mistake of not securing a garage prior to finding my new domicile.  I've 
found off street parking but really need to have a garage so that I can 
work on my car/bike through this glorious winter.  If anyone has a 
garage space availabe or knows of one and would like to rent it to me, 
please e-mail off line - I PAY TOP $$ for a nice garage.  

If you don't have a full garage to rent then consider this - If you live 
anywhere in the area and just wanna make an extra $20/mos. for the 
winter by just storing my bike in a warm space, I'd be very greatful.
