Chris,

I had this problem with my 95 as well.  Take it into the dealer and tell
them that it is a common problem 
on the 95's and that it has to do with a new (refit) clip and "new"
insulation between the body and the panel.   
If they have a good M mechanic at your dealership, he will probably know the
fix right away.  Don't let them 
bullshit you that there is nothing there, they tried that with me.
