Converting E30 seats to leather?

Hello all;
I have a black on black '85 325e 2-door with deteriorated cloth 
interior.  Has anyone out there converted to leather?  Did you just 
reupholster the seats or did you remove the cloth ones and replace them 
with leather ones?  Does an aftermarket company sell these?  TIA!
