[E30M3] Q: Maintenance schedule?

I've just acquired an E30 M3.  I don't have the manuals
for the car unfortunately, but I'd like to know what a good
maintenance scedule is for it.  

Also, I'm nearly 3k on the oil in the motor, and may not get
a manual before it's oil change time again.  Just so I don't
find myself with the front end of the car in the air missing
one tool with all the oil out:

How many mm is the drain plug, and what torque should it be?
What's the easiest way to get to the filter,and can I get
	wrench from wal*mart?
What's considered "full"?  I've heard that you should actually
	fill these engines about half a quart over the full mark
