The only comment I will make is the where the performance (if any) may come in.
The idea bbehind the Split Second system is to replace the stock flapper style
AFM with a free flowing MAF sensor. In a stock engine, this may not help too
much. But in some applications (like my bored/stroked 325i-2.9), the stock AFM
is probably the biggest restriction in the intake system.
At 6900 RPM (new redline), I calculated that my 2.9l M20 wants 30% more air flow
over the stock setup.
