CD Changer for '95 M3

I am trying to avoid paying $500.00 or more for a BMW changer for my
M3. I have seen the posts on adapters for the pioneer stereo, however I
think I have the Alpine because I don't have the "Prog" key on my head
unit that it tells you to press to get the model number. anyone have
any ideas..Thanks
