I just located (at a local Toyota dealer) a 1994 325is 5sp white/tan with 40,800 miles for $19,800. Is this a good deal? Car seems perfect except for worn tires. And I have a 1989 535i auto with 141,000 miles on it. Do I trade the 535i in on the 325is or is that trading down? If I trade, what is my car worth? I like the 5sp. :) Tomas S.
