To all concerned,

Here are the changes I know of for the E39 528i.

Engine / Transmission  same spec as 99 E46.  Double vanos, etc..

Options:  New Sport Premium package, xenon headlights, 16" wheels as part of
premium package, Cold Weather Package (Heated seats/steering and headlight
washers, cannot be ordered with sport or Sport Premium package). DSCIII  and I
think 5 speed automatic transmission, park distance control

New standard equipment, self dimming rear view mirror, rain sensing windshield
washers as part of premium package.

Overall, the car is pretty much the same as last year with a few enhancements.
