<E39> Specs for 1999 model

Hi,

I'm interested in buying a 1999 528i, 5 speed, sports pack and some other
options.  I've heard that BMW is mixing the options a little and adding a
few new ones (like headlight washers), but the basic car is the same.  I.e.,
the engine and body is the same.  

Does anyone have more info on the 1999 model?  New engine (double-vanos)?
Other new options or option packages?
