I had something very simular happen to me. I ordered parts from one
of the more popular BMW Tuners not Redline Racing. I ordered Springs, 
Shocks, struts and mount bearings. I had set-up an appointment with
another Tuner to have the parts mounted. I had to cancel my service
appointment on the day of the actual scheduled appointment. The parts
did not arrive when I thought they would arrive.The outfit
that I ordered the parts from(I will not mention the name), appoligized
for the mix up. Some of those guys that work the phone loose site of 
their customers goals. The next time I will make it plain and clear
my intentions and NEEDs and if they can not meet them, please do not
take my order let me call another BMW parts dealer. There is one
thing for certain, that outfit offered the BEST prices.
