Bill - if that parts guy had bothered to type the word "Rubber" in his
parts descriptin table, he would have seen "rubber cleaner" - and when
you look at the diagram it shows two sizes of containers of
"Gummi-Pfledge".

The small tube is part  # 8 21 49 407 015
The 300 ml spray can is # 8 21 49 400 195

Now there is also an "anti friction coating" listed for rubber
mouldings. The parts description is "gliding agent" and the diagram says
"Circo light"  - part # 8 31 99 407 771.


I do not have experience with either of these products - so maybe
someone else will chime in regarding which of these is best. Perhaps
both are needed to "clean & lubricate" ( kind of like buying hair
shampoo, and conditioner ).
