It's been one thing after another with this car. I wish I could enjoy it.
Anyway...I have a 1985 528e with an automatic. On Sunday it started
intermittently sticking in 1st gear. Eventually it would straighten out.
Now it won't shift out of 1st. I checked the transmission fluid level and it
is fine. Is there some sensor or computer control issue at play here?
