Your filling plug is a hex plug on the *side* of the transmission(I'm
assuming you have a manual).  There is no way to fill it short of getting
underneath the car and pumping the goo up to the whole.  Fix the leaking
seal and start using red-line MTF!  A good candidate for leaking E30 5sp
tranny seals is the selector shaft seal.  If it's leaking from the rear,
this is your problem.  Good luck.
