If you are getting a dribble and can feel the motor humming when you hit the 
wash lever  (have a friend hit the lever while you have your fingers on the 
pump) then you have a clog. This is common if you like to keep a nice wax shine 
on your car. Fix is to use a pin or other fine wire and clean out the nozzle. 
Try washer cycle and repeat cleaning and testing until it sprays fully. That's 
plan An and usually works.
