Does Alfa recommend lubing the threads? 

 I ask because most torque spec's are "dry." torquing a lubed assembly to a 
dry spec. can cause stretching and reduced clamp-load.  Although I doubt it 
would be an issue at such a low setting, it does come into play for high torque 
values.
