[alfa] Future of the Digest

Hi Richard and Alfisti!

Don't want to clog up the digest with posts about Paypal and donations, but
just wanting to add my two bob's worth.

I contributed via the paypal link a couple of weeks back - quick and
painless!  I would encourage all Digesti to do the same - this list has
value far beyond the small cost of a donation by individual members.

Don't want to break the ban on club-talk, but whichever Alfa club of which
Mr Welty is a member should immediately bestow life membership, or at least
admission to the Alfisti Hall of Fame.  (For once a closing comment from me
that is serious, not my usual tongue-in-cheek.)
