[alfa] 164 Hood Adjustment

i have the hood open now. it is working better with a modest adjustment,
but i don't have a good procedure to get it right, and am wondering
if anyone has one written down anywhere.

i need to replace the driver's side hinge too, it got torqued pretty good
when the right side broke and the struts pushed the hood out of line.
i don't want to muck with it until i have the right side back where it's
supposed to be, though.
