[alfa] Throttle Sticking

It's not the bushings on the firewall but the throttle rod bellcrank assembly
on the downside of the intake plenun. They get full of road crap and water and
can rust TIGHT. Remove it, try to disassemble, clean and lube. You may have to
replace! I would suggest buying a new one in any case. It's 2 or 3 parts that
must be ordered seperately. And you must be a real contortionist to remove and
replace from the intake plenum.
