Two other brands to consider are SPI and SK (FACOM).
Both are made in the USA. Both are extremely high quality.
A quick search of google reveals many tool suppliers that carry these
wrenches (with a surprising array of options.)
Both list examples well under your $150 budget (the SK wrenches being
under $100).
