Thanks for the detailed reply. I definitely understand the economics of used
car compared to new(er) cars (see previous message about rebuilt Honda).

Thanks goes out to everyone that has replied. It's really nice to read the
positive comments and how much the cars are enjoyed compared to the usual
comments about problems with the tensioners or something else. It is easy to
get the wrong idea -- many times we (including myself) seem to post a
comment when we have a question about something going wrong, which can lead
to the impression things always go wrong. I'm really glad to hear that's not
the case.

As for the rear wheel arches -- how hard and expensive are they to fix if
they have started to rust?
