[alfa] Impact tool

I have successfully used a battery powered impact wrench on the
front struts of my '91 164L.  It came as an el cheapo kit to
remove lug nuts.  Plugs into the lighter and has become an oft
used tool for wheels, struts, etc.  I'd guess that it impacts with
about 100lbs of torque.  It's also reversible.  Comes with several
sockets, one of which fit the 164 lug bolts.

Sorry I can't tell you where to find something similar.  I was
provided this one by a friend who was watching me struggle one day
with the short handled lug wrench Alfa provides.  I'm lucky he
doesn't want it back (yet).  He found it at a garage sale.
